Sports Program
Sports and physical activities are very important for the human wellbeing. Doing sports from early age help the children to maintain healthy attitudes and develop their own way of living.
As sports’ volunteer, you will be joining sport classes taken place after school and will be assisting the coach in teaching children new skills and helping them to be more active and dynamic.
Project’s goal:
- Assist the coach in planning and making sport activities
- Teaching children new skills
- Volunteers get an experience in sport and physical activities
- Volunteers learn more about the sport’s culture in Morocco
Program Highlights:
Start dates: All year round
Duration: 1- 24 weeks
Minimum age: 18 years+
Programs are based in Rabat, the capital city of Morocco.
Volunteers work 5 days per week and 4 hours at least per day.
Volunteers are placed in local NGOs that are working actively to provide education and support to the people of the local community in order to improve both their personal and educational skills.
What a volunteer day looks like?
8.30 am: Breakfast time with the host family
9.00 am: The volunteer is free in the morning. He can explore the city or join other programs
2.30 pm: The volunteer leaves the accommodation and heads to the volunteer workplace.
3.00 pm: The volunteer join the facility and prepare for the work
3.30 pm: The volunteer start working with the children
7.00 pm: End of the activities. The volunteer is since then free. She/he can spend the rest of the day exploring the city and doing some sightseeings.
9.00 pm: Dinner time.
It’s my first time to go to Morocco. But I will come back second time for sure. The team are responsible from the first day pick up in the Rabat airport to the last time check out.

Important to note that:
- There is no application fee upon registration
- Online pre-departure support from the program manager
- One week covers 6 nights and 7 days
